Great Impressionism for 5, 6 and 7 year olds™

Debra Stasiak, artist and founder of Aspiring Artists® LLC, will teach students the specific brushstrokes, layering techniques, and unique styles of Impressionism and/or Fauvism using Aspiring Artists® step-by-step methods. Using acrylic paints and heavy cardstock paper, young artists will paint a detail from the famous paintings listed below. Students will also create original compositions in an impressionistic style. Acrylic paints can stain clothing, so “painting clothes” are recommended for class. Please bring a cardboard box to transport your painting home, approximately 14" x 14 " a pizza box works well. A $10.00 supply fee is payable to the instructor at the first class.
