River Flow Yoga

Flow like a river with a vinyasa yoga practice to build strength and fluidity. On a ridge overlooking the beautiful Navesink River, we will stretch and lengthen muscles, build core strength and end with a restful savasana. This practice will be active and will work towards more challenging poses with incremental steps. Bring a mat, towel and water. Instructor: Tiffany McCann, owner, Live Grace Yoga.
