Beach Yoga & Mindfulness Camp

Teenage years consist of constant physical, mental, and emotional change. Combine these changes with class work, the pressure to fit in, and a hectic schedule and you can easily find yourself feeling tired, anxious, and stressed. Tap into the power of yoga for mind, body, and spiritual growth to facilitate acceptance of these life changes and grounding. Laugh and enjoy as we explore yoga postures, philosophy, peaceful nature walks, journaling, dancing, wisdom circles, and guided meditations. Creative energies will flow, self-awareness will grow, and bodies and minds will feel a deep sense of inner calm. Camp may be cancelled due to bad weather.
