Spooktacular Jack O’ Lantern Contest

Calling all families! Grab your ghouls and ghosts for this exciting activity at Thompson Park Day. The Park System will provide the pumpkin, decorations and carving tools. Your family provides the creativity as they carve their way into the judge’s sights on Sunday October 19, 2025. The contest will run from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, with judging starting at exactly 2:30 pm. Ribbons will be awarded and the pumpkin will be yours to take home.

Pre-registration guarantees a pumpkin. Day-of-registration is $10 per pumpkin while supplies last and will be assigned on a first-come, first–served basis.
