Snapology STEAM Programs Story Builders
Once upon a time… your child became the author of their favorite stories! In this weekly Snapology class, students will explore the primary elements of storytelling as they design their own unique stories and bring them to life using LEGO bricks! Students will focus on the characters and plot lines of stories they have heard before, or new ones they create themselves. Maybe they will dazzle us with tales of faraway lands, with amazing adventures of superheroes, or even science experiments gone very, very wrong. The possibilities for creating are endless, as students write stories and then re-create them with LEGO bricks in this mega creative class!

Snapology STEAM Programs STEM Survivor
Can you survive snapology's S.T.E.M. Survivor class? This class, inspired by the TV show, will put each student's designs, building, and critical thinking skills to the test as they work on STEM/STEAM projects together! Students will be given weekly challenges and design functional solutions. Thinking like engineers, building like architects, being resourceful like scientists, and working together with friends, are all aspects of this program. Kids will be tested by building a working pinball machine, constructing the fastest racecar, designing a chain reaction model, planning a solution for a natural disaster, etc. Earn points through working together on creativity and teamwork. The goal of this program is to encourage students to carefully work through the engineering design process to see how often they can design with a purpose. It's all fun and friendly competition in this hands-on after school class!
