Spring birding at the Bayshore!

April and May is the peak time for spring bird migration in NJ. Many species are returning from their wintering grounds in the southern us, Central, and South America during this time, sporting their bright breeding plumage and singing along their journey. We will search the woodland edges and beachfront to see what we can find during this exciting time of year. No need to be an expert. A limited number of binoculars will be available to borrow for those who need them. Please dress for the weather (layers) and wear sturdy footwear, as we wilL be walking aprox. 2-3 miles. Meet at the main parking lot by the pier/restrooms.
