NEW! Expressive Arts for Mental Wellbeing

Learn and experience the potential for healing that expressive arts yields. Experience and reflect on how different forms of expression can be helpful for mental well-being and learn some new coping skills. Throughout this 4-week program, we'll explore different facets of expressive arts including gentle movement, creative writing, mandala making and more. Please bring a yoga mat. Led by licensed mental health counselor & registered yoga teacher, Amanda Levitt, MS, LPC.
