Identifying Your Wellness Goals

Participants will learn six essential principles and practice practical tools within each category to honor their whole person: the body, mind, emotional and spiritual aspects to health and longevity. Participants will learn how to combine wellness aspects from each dimension to be doable with ease. For example, food choices coupled with mindful eating will support brain and cardiovascular health in addition to calming the digestive system and nervous system for greater absorption of nutrients.
