Experience a variety of self-care practices such as guided grounding meditation, healing affirmations, fixed-point visualization, walking meditation, qigong, cross-body exercises and self-generating energetic chakra modality. We’ll couple these with tools to nourish the senses: essential oils, therapeutic teas, color therapy and sound frequencies. This will enable us to live healthier, happier, more integrated lives as these restorative changes become aspects of our daily routine.
